Thank you for choosing Scoopin' Yards! Before using our service, please read carefully and review our terms of service below. By signing up and using the services of Scoopin' Yards, you agree and accept these terms, which constitute a legal agreement between you and our company. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, we ask that you please do not use our services.

Service Description: Our company offers pet waste removal service designed for residential properties. Our team will thoroughly clean up all pet waste from designated areas that have been agreed upon. We will collect, double bag, and dispose of pet waste in the client's trash receptacle, if one is provided. Otherwise, we will collect, double bag, and place the bag neatly next to the homeowner's garage or side of house.

Service Availability: At this time our service is available in specific areas of Palm Beach County, Florida. We service most areas in North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, and Wellington. We make every effort to accommodate all customers within the stated areas we serve. However, please note that availability is subject to change and may be limited based on the volume of service requests in your area at this time. We reserve the right to refuse service to any property if we determine that it is unsafe or not feasible to provide our service. We will do our best to communicate any changes in availability.

Payment: Once you have accepted a quote from Scoopin' Yards, we will send an invoice and require payment within 24 hours. Quotes are valid for 14 days. If payment is not made within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a spot on our Scoop Schedule, as we route first come first served.

Payment can be set up and maintained through our online client hub portal using a credit or debit card. To secure continued service for your Monthly Scoop Subscription a valid card must remain on file at all times.

Monthly Scoop Subscriptions are a prepaid recurring service. If you have signed up for services in the middle of the month, your bill will be prorated accordingly, and your invoice will show this adjustment.

All Monthly Scoop Subscriptions will continue to be invoiced on the 1st of the month for the full amount of your chosen Scoop Subscription.

The card on file will be processed in order to continue service. If payment is not received by the 3rd of the month, we reserve the right to pause or cancel all future services until the outstanding balance is paid in full. For every 30 days of nonpayment a late fee of $10 may be applied and added to each unpaid invoice.

One-time Scoop Service requires a valid card on file, and a 50% deposit in order to be placed on our Scoop Schedule. The remaining balance will be processed with the card on file on the day of your Scoop appointment. You may cancel your One-time Scoop within 24 hours of your Scoop appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable.

By maintaining an active service with Scoopin' Yards, you agree to keep your billing information current and authorize us to charge your saved payment method for recurring services.

Quotes for Initial Scoops and One-time Scoops: You will receive a final quote once we see the property being scooped. We will adjust the quote accordingly if there is more or less waste than originally expected. You may opt to deny the final quote, and we will therefore not service your property. Deposits for One-time Scoops are nonrefundable.

Access to Property: In order for us to provide our pet waste removal service, you agree to provide us with safe and unobstructed access to the designated pet waste removal area(s) on your property that we have agreed upon. If proper access is not provided, we reserve the right to skip your appointment. Any accumulated pet waste will be scooped on your next appointment. You will not be credited or refunded for this skipped service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Scoop Appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you fail to provide sufficient notice and we are already on the way, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover the cost of gas and time. We will try to reschedule you, but we cannot guarantee we will have an opening. Any accumulated pet waste will be scooped on the next visit. You will not be credited or refunded for a cancelled visit.

Pause of Service: You may pause your service within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You may do this through your client hub portal. Once you have resumed Scoop Service and upon arrival to your next Scoop Service, in the instance where there has been an unreasonable amount of pet waste buildup, you will be billed as a One-time Scoop in order to resume Scoop Service. Unreasonable is considered more than 1 week of waste.

Weather Policy: Our company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service appointment in the event of inclement weather. We consider inclement weather to be any weather condition that poses a safety risk to our employees, such as lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, or heavy rain. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to inform you in a timely manner. Accumulated pet waste will be scooped the next appointment.

We reserve the right to leave your property immediately during your appointment if the weather becomes severe. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from weather-related conditions while on your property.

Pet Safety: For the safety of our employees, we require that all dogs be secured inside the home during our service appointment. If a dog is outside and unsecured, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service appointment. If a dog is aggressive or poses a safety risk to our employees, we may terminate the service appointment immediately. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the behavior of your pets during our service appointment.

Dog Bite Policy: In the event that one of our employees is bitten by a dog on your property, the fault will be considered the responsibility of the pet owner. We reserve the right to terminate the service appointment immediately and seek medical attention for the injured employee. If necessary, we may file a claim with your homeowner’s insurance to cover any medical expenses or damages resulting from the dog bite. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from a dog bite that occurs during our service appointment.

Recording and Marketing Policy: We reserve the right to film, record, or take pictures of our pet waste removal service for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. By using our service, you grant us permission to film, record, or take pictures of the service and any relevant property. We will handle any such recordings or images in accordance with our privacy policy and will not use or distribute them for any purpose other than quality control, training, and marketing. We may use these recordings, images, or testimonials for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print advertising. If you have any objections to being recorded or photographed, or to the use of your property or pet’s image or testimonial for marketing purposes, please notify us in advance of the service appointment. Compensation for personal reviews, images recordings, etc., will not be given.

Liability: While we take every care to ensure that our pet waste removal service is performed to the highest standards, accidents can happen. Therefore, our company cannot be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our service.

Disclaimer of Warranties: We strive to provide the highest quality of service possible, but our service is provided on an “as is” basis and we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our service.

Intellectual Property: Our company retains all intellectual property rights in and to our service, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.

Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our company is located.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time, at our discretion. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
