Q: What's the cancellation policy?

Our Scoop Subscription is prepaid month-to-month with the option to cancel anytime without being charged a cancellation fee. We ask that you please notify us of your cancellation within 72 hours of your Scoop appointment so we can make adjustments to our schedule. Please note that if you cancel before your prepaid month is over, you will not be refunded if there are remaining Scoops on your account. If you would like us to complete the month and then discontinue Scoop Service, we can do that! That way you get what you've already paid for.

Question 1

How does the sign-up process work?

Accepted Answer

Once you've accepted our quote and we have received your payment, we will get you on our Scoop schedule. Our routing system will determine the best day of service based on your address and other appointments in your area.

We will remind you of your upcoming appointment the day before and the morning of appointment.

We will also send a text 30 minutes to an hour ahead of time to let you know we're on the way. We ask that you use this time to unlock gates and secure your pets indoors. You do not have to be home during the appointment.

When we arrive, we'll scoop your yard as if it were our own! We will double-bag the pet waste, dispose of it either in a garbage bin (provided by client), or we will neatly leave it on the side of the home.

When your Scoop service is complete, we will notify you by text and send you a gate photo to let you know that gates are closed and secure and it is safe for your pets to go back into the area!

How much does a Scoop Subscription cost?

The cost of your chosen plan will depend on the scoop frequency, number of dogs, and size of yard being scooped.

Residential Scoop rates begin at just $17.99 per cleanup.

Click "Get the Poop Scooped" on the dropdown menu. This button will take you to our intake form. Once you fill out the form and send it over to us, we will review your information and reply with a quote.

Can my dogs be in the yard while scooping?

Accepted Answer

We love dogs, but not all dogs will love us, especially in their space. We ask that all pets be secured at all times inside the home while your yard is being scooped. If you have aggressive animals, we ask that you put them in an area of your home where they cannot see our Scoop Technician. This is for the safety of your pets and our staff.

What if I need to pause my Scoop Subscription?

We definitely understand the need to pause Scoop service, especially if you're going on vacation, your pet is ill, or they will simply be off property for a while. Things happen.

We ask that you please notify us 72 hours prior to your appointment so we can make proper adjustments to our schedule.

Please note that if your pet is continuing to use the yard during the pause, there may be an additional charge on your next visit due to the additional accumulation of waste.
